About the job:

Working at our Woobridge, ON Pipe manufacturing Plant, the engineering co-op allows students exposure to all aspects of process engineering and plant operations.

  • Work closely Maintenance Superintendent, Operations Manager and Process Engineer on various design and operation improvement projects
  • Perform theoretical analysis on various production scenarios
  • Provide recommendation to the creation and approvement of SOP's
  • Provide recommendations on state-of-the-art extrusion and automation technology based on own research
  • Participate on Cross functional continuous improvement teams
  • Product plant layouts, tooling drawings ad critical spare part drawings through reverse engineering
  • Enter plant maintenance data to computerize maintenance Management Software MP2
  • 3rd Year engineering student - preferably Mechanical or Chemical
