Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have completed first year of college. 

  • Must be majoring in Environmental Science, Natural Sciences, or related field.

  • Must have a 2.8 or higher GPA.

  • Resume must include your phone number, email address, major, GPA, and projected graduation date

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • A current, valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work on assigned projects with the close supervision of mentor/supervisor

  • Observe activities of the assigned department/unit

  • Assist mentor/supervisor in day-to-day tasks

  • Actively participate in Complex safety/environmental programs

  • Maintain intern work/activity journal

  • Presentation to management team

  • Volunteer Day
