Job Description


This role will be responsible for the adminisitration of the plant reporting focused on Power BI and various other softwares.

Primary responsibilities

  • Update existing Power BI/MS apps (Office 365)dashboards daily
  • Develop new Power BI/MS apps (Office 365) dashboards with direction from Operations
  • Modify/improve existing Power BI/MS apps (Office 365)
  • Work with production and process personnel to identify existing data sources for gaps and collate information for automation
  • Sites supported would be Canadian (WB, then AB) with possible US support later on.
  • Minor travel may be required
  • Supporting move to paperless with electronic recordkeeping
  • Other duties as required

Experience /Qualifications

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency Microsoft
  • Power BI/MS apps (Office 365) existing or ability to train quickly
  • Data driven person
  • Desire to streamline and improve - continuous improvement focus
  • Oracle/JDE experience a plus
