Job Description


Acts as the lead for division pricing.  Researches and resolves customer pricing disputes.  Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and programming pricing and special deals in the ERP system and bolt-on web-based application.  Analyzes pricing impact and department performance to targets.


  • Set up, maintenance, and programming list pricing and customer pricing in ERP and bolt-on application.
  • Verifies request for pricing change or special deal falls within company policies and has proper approvals.
  • Ensures entries meet system needs, monitors error reports and fixes.
  • Interfaces with sales, finance, and customer service in determining eligibility requirements for customer rebates, deals, returns and miscellaneous requests.
  • Help resolve and communicate to internal and external customers on disputes and deductions related to pricing.
  • Conduct pricing increases and updates to customer pricing.
  • Designs and runs analysis for pricing impact on special pricing deal proposals.
  • Provide sales and margin report to leadership team.
  • Audit gross profit margin on new/existing customers.
  • Coordinate with procurement and audit cost updates.
  • Participate in miscellaneous projects for Pricing, Sales, Finance and ERP Team.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Must be capable of handling multiple assignments concurrently.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Excel. 
  • Preferred proficient in use of JDE software.
  • Uses critical thinking and is able to communicate viewpoint effectively.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk and climb; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.  The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and infrequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.   The employee must frequently make minor decisions with limited information, general decisions in the absence of specific directions, and perform activities requiring sustained concentration.


The noise level in the work environment is sometimes moderate when working in an office, however, some of the work may be required in the operating units which mandates usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.  During active remediation additional requirements may include fit testing for respiratory equipment, chemical suits, face shields, etc. May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs.  Moderate travel (20-40%) may be required in the performance of duties.
