Analyst I - SOX & Analytics
SOX compliance audit is a measure of how well your company manages its internal controls. This position supports SOX compliance by extracting, validating, and providing SAP-based data and documentation to functional management and Internal Audit for evaluation of key internal controls. Additionally, it also supports Procurement organization with strategic procurement reports and generates reports to Global Trade Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:
SOX reporting:
- Ensure accurate creation and follow up of the assigned SOX reports, respecting the frequency and timelines given by the Internal Audit.
- Ensure that the SOX reports are uploaded in Blackline, and relevant parties are informed so that the approvals and certification can take place on time.
- Support self-assessment activities and audits as needed.
- Ensure compliance of purchasing data records with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Maintain the SOP documentation related to the global SOX reporting activities.
Analytics:
- Create Procurement and Global Trade Compliance related reports and distribute them to the stakeholders as per agreed frequency, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and alignment with corporate procurement and trade compliance requirements.
- Process, review and track Docusign requests for three business units (Epoxy, Vinnolit and Compounds) to ensure that spend strategies, purchase contracts, and non‑PO invoices (Epoxy only) comply with the latest PEM and HIP Delegation of Authority (DOA) requirements.
- Develop, maintain and distribute Procurement Operations and logistics spend dashboards to relevant stakeholders at the agreed frequency, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and meaningful visualization of key performance indicators.
- Act as a main point of reference for gathering data and delivering reports in certain format within requested time frame.
- Act as a point of reference for development and creation of new reports from SAP according to requests.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvement and value-added support opportunities.
- Train and cross-train new team members joining the team.
- Supports business initiatives and projects by providing data related to Procurement, Global Trade Compliance and SOX.

Qualifications:
- Minimum degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in Master Data, Purchasing,PTP or Finance organization.
- Prior import/export,trade flows or HS code knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Preference for strong Microsoft Excel Skills. These include an ability to develop complex formulas, utilize filters, link and work with complex spreadsheets. Ability to extract data from source systems and manipulate them in Excel
- Possesses advanced analytical, logic and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and make recommendations from different data sources
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision, and with focus on time management and organizational skills
- Self-Motivator that possesses a sense of urgency
- Willing to utilize and learn multiple applications / systems
- Must have good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Clear and concise writing skills
- Development and maintenance of training documentation
