Salary Range

$69,000-95,000

SUMMARY

The primary duty of the Associate Human Resources Business Partner is to provide support to the client group or

human resources department. Responsibilities for the position include timekeeping, recruiting, on-boarding,

HRIS tasks, administrative reports, employee events and communications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Prepares biweekly timekeeping logs in Workday for submission to Corporate Payroll, responds to pay

inquiries and reconciles adjustments.

· Track and submit weekly time sheets for temp agencies, submit invoices for approval and track hours on

spreadsheet.

· Assists with recruiting, interviews and onboarding.

· Works with HR management to improve human resources functional processes.

· Prepares reporting for Plant Manager as requested, tracks production and maintenance KPIs and

metrics.

· Track and report on Health & Safety metrics, administer WSIB program and case management, LMS and

HSE system superuser.

· Administration of employee uniform reimbursement and expense programs.

· Conducts project work as assigned by client group or human resources management.

· Represents organization at community activities and plans/coordinates plant events and activities.

· Any additional duties and tasks as required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

· 1-3 years of human resources or related experience

· Advanced excel skills

· Experience of WSIB claims management

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
