Maintenance Superintendent (Windows Division)
Westlake Corporation’s Windows Division is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead all maintenance operations at our Dallas facility. This role is critical in driving uptime, reliability, and operational excellence within a high-volume vinyl window manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Superintendent will oversee all aspects of equipment, utilities, and building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations that directly support our windows production goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate a team of skilled maintenance technicians responsible for the repair, upkeep, and installation of extrusion lines, fabrication equipment, automated machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
Serve as a key member of the facility’s leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, plant performance improvement projects (PIPs), and operational decision-making.
Supervise all maintenance department personnel, including staffing, training, scheduling, performance management, and career development.
Participate in capital project planning, including input on equipment selection, installation, and commissioning for new product lines or capacity expansions.
Education and Experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and corporate teams.
