Regional Procurement Manager -Asia

Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the procurement team, including category managers and site buyers, across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals and drive cost savings.
- Ensure the efficient management of the material groups under the team's responsibility, optimizing supplier portfolios and mitigating risks.
- Has experience in Procurement of Raw Materials in China and preferably through the Asian region.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, R&D, Operations) to support project pipelines and procurement needs.
- Drive the realization of cost reduction potential through effective negotiations and long-term supplier partnerships.
- Oversee global supplier management and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.
- Foster knowledge exchange within the procurement function and ensure team members' continuous development.
- Personally leads the strategic category management of Raw Materials for Asia across multiple sites, in addition to managing the regional procurement team.
